On November 18, 2013, the National Spine Health Conference was held in Beijing. Q: How long will it take to ship and leading time?
A: Leading time:About 30-60 days after 50% advance received.(Determined by quantity)
Q: How long will be the products lifetime ?
A: Depend on using frequency. For instance, the lifetime of our massage machine is at least 8 years normally.
Q: What is the payment term ?
A: By T/T, L/C, Western Union, Alibaba Secure Payment, D/A, D/P, etc are welcome. Usually by T/T, 50% as deposit in advance and balance 50% should be paid when goods ready to ship.
Q: How about warranty?
A: Warranty period is one year. If any problem happen due to quality reason, our side will send instructions and free spare parts soon. If order not less than a 20'ft container, will offer 3% free spare parts.
