Mrs Li is China's first women's pole vault world champion and three-time Asian Games champion, stood on the podium of the 9th National Spine Health Conference, and with the most real experience, she unveiled the little-known health code behind the glory of the championship, and wrote a vivid footnote full of warmth and strength for the deep integration of sports and health.
Behind each medal are countless early morning and late night training, gritted teeth in pain, and catching up after setbacks. Li Ling's affectionate sharing allows us to see that behind the aura of glory, there are countless unknown hardships and efforts of champions. According to statistics from the General Administration of Sports of the People's Republic of China, the average annual injury rate of China's top athletes exceeds 60%, of which spinal and joint injuries account for nearly half. For pole vaulters, the waist and spine are subjected to a huge impact force several times their body weight every time they take off and land, and the risk of injury is extremely high. Li Ling admitted that she almost bid farewell to the arena due to spinal strain and chose to retire. It was the support of the team and the help of technology that kept me going. She specifically mentioned the rehabilitation physiotherapy equipment, which is used to relax after training, just like doing a deep physiotherapy for the spine, and the next day she can be full of energy and full of blood to revive into training.
Li Ling said that the FK model thermal physiotherapy massage bed, the guarantee product of Health and Health Group, is "a teammate on the training ground, a health butler in the family", and said: I hope that more people can feel the gentle protection of health through technology, so that health is no longer far away. When Li Ling said that the achievement of achievements is never a one-person battle, she is actually redefining the core of sportsmanship: the individual and the collective coexist and prosper, and the glory of the championship is the concrete presentation of collective strength; Competition and inclusiveness form a closed loop, athletes use pain to explore human limits, and science and technology use innovation to protect the sustainability of this exploration. In the end, it is the far-reaching significance of the integration of sports and health to transform higher, faster and stronger sportsmanship into healthier, happier and longer national well-being. She gave detailed answers around her training life, award mood and the importance of spinal maintenance, so that more audiences could enter the world of athletes and understand the lives of athletes, and won bursts of applause.
